Nothing was very confusing, but the one thing that seemed a little difficult was the vertical and horizontal analysis. The one thing that was somewhat surprising was the description of knowing when to walk away. Knowing when it is time to stop is difficult and important.
My two questions would be: How do you know when the exact moment to walk away is? Is it a moment or a window of time?
My second question would be: What is the best way to end a relationship with an unprofitable customer?
