Week 11 Reading Reflection

The importance of the innovation strategy was surprising to me. I did not realize how important this really was. When the author talked about the value in innovation for potential customers I was slightly confused. My two questions would be, is there a preferred method of break-even point computation, is one better than the other? Also, for failing companies, does a change in the innovator rather than policies create a better outcome? I did not disagree with anything in the reading.
